montacoins you earn by becoming an hourly winner yourself. The faster and neater you work, the easier it is to earn points. You can use the montacoins also earn as a team, by sending 99.5% of orders on time, having less than 0.5% of jokers and having the TT01 labels at 0. Finally, you can earn the montaearning coins even by chance while scanning. At special moments, you will automatically get extra coins. So keep an eye on the total number of coins you have!
When you joined Monta, you had to provide a personal e-mail address. This is the e-mail address you have to use to log into the Montashop, because this e-mail address is in the Monta system and your earned Montacoins are linked to this e-mail address. Can't remember which mail address you provided? Then you have 2 options:
- Go to the AFAS Pocket App on your phone and check which mail address is listed under 'my details'. Don't have the app on your phone? Go to https://www.afasonline.nl/
- Ask your supervisor if he/she can look up in GoMonta which mail address is listed under your name
When you first get on www.montashop.nl you will have to register, which you can do on the right-hand side of the login page, under 'register'. (https://montashop.nl/mijn-account/) Under username, enter your first + last name. The e-mail address must be your personal e-mail address known to us. Can't remember which one? Just read the 2 steps above. You will then receive a link to your e-mail and you can set a password.

If you have ordered an item and have a few points left over, you certainly won't lose them. They just stay in your account for next time.

We did get emails in the past from colleagues who wanted to order, say, a blue hoodie, and then when they clicked on the item, the blue hoodie changed to an orange hoodie. So they saw a different item than the one they wanted to order. You can fix this problem very easily. If you delete your cookies and then try again, this problem should be solved.
It may be that you were not at home at the time of delivery, and the parcel was returned. It could also be that you indicated that your parcel was to be delivered to the Monta branch, but it was never delivered. In either case, please send an e-mail to montashop@monta.nl: forward your T&T link or booking confirmation and say your order has not been delivered. From Monta, we can then start a postal investigation. For example, it could be that the address was not entered correctly or that the shipping label was damaged during sorting.
