How do I save montacoins?

At Monta, we think appreciation is very important. We are very happy with you and want to give you something extra! That is why we have devised a cool points system: From now on, you can save points on your working days for montacoins. You can redeem the montacoins in our montashop for tasty, funny and useful monta-products. You can earn montacoins in a number of different ways. 

1. You will be hourly winner with your job. While working, we compare your amount of scans with those of others within all branches doing the same job. So you basically do what you always do, with this difference; The more you do your best, the faster and easier you earn points. If you win by the hour, your name will appear on all screens in all branches!
2. You earn the montacoins as a team by 99,5% of orders on time to ship, less than 0.5% jokers to have and the TT01 labels at 0 to have in place. Your team consists of everyone who works within your branch on one working day. This way, you help each other to score more points! If you have achieved this as a team, it will appear on the screen in your branch the next day.
3. You can also pay the montacoins by coincidence received when scanning. You do your job as you always do, but with an occasional extra surprise. The more you scan, the more chances of course!
4. Retrieved from special moments, like your birthday, you will receive extra montacoins as a gift from us. But you can also receive montacoins unexpectedly at other times of the year. Just because spring has come, for instance, or because you have made a special achievement. Be surprised! 

The montacoins are linked to your pass that you clock in and out with! So don't forget to do that.
