When you joined Monta, you had to provide a personal mail address. This is the mail address you have to use to log into the montashop, because this mail address is in the Monta system, so your earned montacoins will be linked to this mail address!
Can't remember which mail address you submitted? Go to the AFAS Pocket App on your phone and check which mail address is listed under 'my details'. Don't have the app on your phone? Go to https://www.afasonline.nl/. Another option: Ask your supervisor if he/she can look up in GoMonta which mail address is listed with your name.
