Anyone who works at Monta or for Monta has read our code of conduct and adheres to it.

  • Customers who use our software to manage the name and address details of their end customers organisations decide for themselves how long to retain the data. By default, this is 90 days.
  • If job applicant Please provide us with your personal details so that we can assess your application.
  • If you, as staff member If you join our company, we will supplement your personal data with the information required for your employment contract and to fulfil our administrative obligations.

Confidentiality

We will not disclose the (personal) data you have provided to any other parties, unless this is necessary for the performance of the contract or to comply with a legal obligation.
